For this Catching class we are going to focus on growth, Starting with understanding the position and the importance of being involved with every pitch. Starting with the setup before the pitch and learning the necessary tools to understand catching. Basics, like understanding where to setup on certain pitches, and being fluent behind the plate, as well as, comfortable. We will be teaching blocking with proper form, learning to move our bodies as one, and building a mindset that a catcher needs
