Join Coach Kristina Thorson for an in depth look at pitching strategy and the mental game that goes with it. In this chalk talk, we'll cover how to set up hitters, use locations to our advantage, and different approaches to keep your focus and stay calm in pressure situations. This is designed for more advanced pitchers - 14U and older, possibly some advanced 12 U pitchers (approval needed).
