Fastball and Location Pitching Clinic
Coach Kristina Thorson is hosting this clinic to hone in every aspect of the fastball (or dropball). Pitchers will work on speed and mechanics, learn how to command their locations, and will be introduced to a 2 seam fastball. This clinic is for fastpitch softball pitchers only.

Riseball foundation clinic
This clinic will focus on every aspect of the riseball. Designed for those just learning or for anyone who wants to brush up on the basics, we'll talk about spin, release, and proper mechanics necessary to be able to get the correct spin. Coach Thor will run this clinic that is open to pitchers of all ages.

4-time National Champion Nicole May and Hall of Famer Kristina Thorson team up for this clinic focusing on changing speeds. Pitchers will get tips to add speed to their fastball, learn or improve on their change-ups, and learn how to use location to affect a hitter's timing.

Your mind can be your biggest asset or your worst enemy. Being able to train your mind to help you is a never ending task with many ways to do this. This clinic is open to ALL SOFTBALL PLAYERS (not just pitchers) to learn how 4-time National Champion Nicole May and Hall of Fame pitcher Kristina Thorson mastered their mental game in this hour long chalk-talk. Bring a notebook and pen/pencil to take notes - you'll want to make sure you remember what you learn!
