Chris Debiasi is a lifelong baseball guy who’s blended playing experience, coaching success, and a genuine passion for developing athletes into a standout career as a hitting instructor and fielding coach. A member of MMB since 2002 and an instructor since 2006, Chris has spent decades shaping players with a fundamentals-first approach built on work ethic, confidence, and consistency. His coaching résumé includes two years with Lady Magic, one of California’s premier softball organizations, where he helped guide teams to back-to-back top-10 finishes at PGF Nationals. As a player, Chris was a three-time All-Star, a Gold Glove recipient, and a fan-favorite known for his energy and leadership. His journey spans Concord High, Los Medanos College, and a scholarship to Patten University before launching into professional baseball in 2008, playing under former MLB greats like Gary Templeton, Cory Snyder, Mike Marshall, and Albie Lopez. Today, Chris brings all of that experience to every athlete he works with, teaching hitting, base running, and fielding with a clear mission: build well-rounded players who compete with confidence on and off the field.
