We'll talk about reading swings, setting up batters, how to locate pitches (it's more than just throwing to a target!), different approaches to keep your mental game sharp, and how to keep your cool when things start to go wrong. This will be a classroom type setting - no softball equipment, just a pen and notebook.
This is designed for more advanced pitchers - 14U and older, possibly some advanced 12 U pitchers (approval needed).
