-Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time for check-in. -5 minutes of every booked hour is reserved for simulator turnover, error correction, maintenance and repair. -Please note that we may elect to use your image or images of your gameplay on our social media channels. -Any cancellation with less than 12 hours notice will be charged a $25 fee. -Guests who miss their appointment will be charged the full amount of their reservation. -If a guest is 15 minutes late for their reservation without notice they are considered a no show and X-Golf Commack has the right to give their time slot to the next available customer.
