The Middle School Junior Fitness class helps players' balanced athletic development by building coordination, speed, and strength in various movement patterns. Open to golfers ages 9-14, limited to 6 participants per group.
The Spring 2025 semester class runs for 10 weeks between March 17, 2025, and June 2, 2025. There will be a spring break with no class on April 14, and a Memorial Day weekend break with no class on May 26. The Spring class includes:
- 10 in-person group training sessions at Edge Golf Performance
- At-home workouts (including instructional videos)
- Daily mobility routine (including instructional videos)
There are two groups with different time options for in-person group training sessions:
- Mondays, 5:00-6:00 pm
- Mondays, 6:00-7:00 pm
