Booking Policy
All lessons and reservations must be booked in advance through our system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your time. Please arrive on time, as sessions may not be extended due to late arrival.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. We understand that things come up, and we will always do our best to accommodate changes when possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged. In the event of severe weather or facility closure, we will gladly reschedule your session.
Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking, including contact and payment information, is used only for scheduling, communication, and payment processing.
Payments are securely processed through our third-party provider, Stripe. McGolf does not store full credit card information.
We do not sell or share your personal information with outside parties.
