Casey built one of the most decorated amateur careers in the country — ranked #1 in both Texas and Mississippi at Cinco Ranch High School, earning All-State honors in both states before earning a scholarship to Lamar University. There he was a consistent top performer, earning First-Team All-Conference honors three consecutive years, PING All-Region Team, and Conference Player of the Year, as part of a program that finished 3rd at the NCAA Championships. He capped his amateur career as a U.S. Amateur Semi-Finalist at Olympic Club.
He went on to compete professionally on the Korn Ferry Tour, Web.com Tour, and internationally, gaining experience at the game's highest level.
Casey spent eight years as a PGA Tour caddie, accumulating multiple wins alongside players including Brian Gay, Chris Stroud, and Ryder Cup Captain Thomas Bjørn. Working at that level demands mastery of elite course management, shot selection, green-reading, and high-stakes decision-making — insights that cannot be replicated in a classroom or a practice facility.
That rare combination of competing and working inside the ropes at the game's highest level has defined Casey's approach to instruction: evidence-based, tour-tested, and built to deliver measurable improvement that performs under real pressure
