Please provide Team name, players name, email, phone number and X-Golf handicap. If no X-Golf handicap, provide GHIN. In the absence of either, please play a round at Spanish Bay prior to league start and email the final score to info@xgolfworcester.com NOTE: Each player must fill out the form individually! Also, your slot isn't guaranteed until league fee is paid. If a player can't make it every week, a round can be pre-played up to a week in advanced or a sub can be designated prior to league start.
