During “Bay Switch-Overs”, please cooperate with staff to make this process smooth. As your reservation is coming to the end of the time, be considerate of the next group coming into your bay. If your group is waiting for your reservation to start, we ask for your patience as we clean the bay and transition the groups. A credit card is used to hold the reservation, but the total amount due is to be paid in store. No-shows will be charged for missing an appointment.
