Cancellation Policy
I understand unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 Hours’ Notice
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling a lesson. Giving 24 hours’ notice provides the opportunity for someone else to schedule a lesson in your reserved time. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount for your lesson.
Lessons cancelled outside of 24 hours will be eligible for rescheduling.
No-Shows
Anyone who either forgets or does not show without notification for their lesson for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Your lesson will be considered used.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your lesson will be shortened to accommodate others whose lessons follow yours. Regardless of the length of the lesson given, you will be responsible for the “full” lesson. Please plan accordingly and be on time.
Appointment Reminders
An appointment reminder email is sent when the lesson is booked as well as 48-hours in advance of your appointment, to the email address associated with your user account. If you are not receiving these reminders, please login to your account and update your email address and cell phone number.
