Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty (or full refund if prepaid). If a cancellation is requested less than 24 hours from the booking time, 50% fee will be incurred. "No-Shows" will be charged 100% of booking. 'No-Show" will be determined if after 15 minutes from reservation start time no contact with customer has been accomplished.
